Our company Vialand DP LLC (Ukraine) made payment to #Mr. Dutkowski in amount 4000 Euro for renewed pump Kayaba PSV2-60T and send ourown damaged KYB PSV2-60T pump to them (exchange). After that we got a lot of problems with this company. Detailed description is below: 1. We got pump from them, transported it to Ukraine, but it was not started on our JCB JS 180 excavator. There was no pressure from pump; 2. We delivered this pump back to Mr. Adam Dutkowski and they found their engineer mistake in pump and fixed it. Coverage or compensation for transportation were not made from side of Mr. Adam Dutkowski (# Maszyny Budowlane); 3. We transported this pump again to Ukraine and installed on our excavator. Pump started but worked only 7 hours and damaged; 4. We delivered damaged pump again to Mr. Adam Dutkowski ( #Maszyny Budowlane, ul. Budowlana 8, Lublin) for warranty check. They checked this pump and found their mistake again. They made repair this pump again. 5. We delivered this pump again to Ukraine and made decision to make expert check in company TDC LLC with making all necessary video, photos and report. After opening of this pump TDC engineers found that all inside parts are in worse and used condition. Parts were not polished and assembled in wrong way. 6. We made decision not to risk and not install this pump on excavator. We made decision to return it to Mr. Adam Dutkowski and asked him to return back our own damaged pump. 7. Adam Dutkowski returned us amount 3500 Euro and bag with garbage instead of our pump. Du to this situation we lost more than 1000 Euro for 5 transportation of pumps from Ukraine to Poland, lost customer, lost time. And our customer lost time, waste 100 L of expensive hydraulic oil, etc. Mr. Dutkowski do not want to cover our loses and even rest of our money.
